This information is used only to respond to enquiries, process membership applications, verify donations, and — where you have joined as a member — to send birthday wishes and organisational communication. Member personal data (date of birth, phone, email, address) is kept in a private Admin Panel and is never displayed publicly.

Access to member and donor information is restricted to authorised administrators. We apply reasonable technical safeguards, including password hashing, role-based access and validated file uploads, to protect your data.
